According to the Consumer Protection Code, the deadline for canceling purchases outside the commercial establishment is 7 days from the effective date of the purchase.

One of the coolest tours in Gramdo/Canela. The entire team is very attentive and shows live the handmade production of crystal pieces. The showroom is a dazzle with incredible pieces. It's worth spending hours admiring their beauty. And at the end of it all, there is still a musical performance with an instrument with crystal cups. It's really worth it
The place is incredible, from the reception, to show how crystal is made in practice... The store is wonderful, the service is exceptional... You visit the museum become a lifetime customer... You don't pay a ticket in your life anymore!!! A lot of fun... I went to visit to keep memories and memories, because I was celebrating a crystal anniversary!!! There is no such thing as Gramado Crystals in the country. Murano art that I only saw in Venice I saw here. Quality and beauty in each piece. I made a point of returning the same week. Congratulations!
